The Firm

In 2000

AMP Partners S.A., a Swiss Asset Management Firm, was created by AMP Partners Luxembourg and UEB (Switzerland), a subsidiary of BNP Paribas.

In 2012

In light of Basel III, with global banks seeking to consolidate their Tier 1 capital ratio and exit non-core banking activities, BNP Paribas’ shares in AMP Partners S.A. were acquired by the remaining shareholders as a result of BNP Paribas (Suisse) decision to exit from its minority stakes. AMP Partners becomes an Independent Asset Management firm that maintains business relationships with several banks in order to ensure an objective assessment of institutions that are best fit to cater to our financial requirements.

In 2024

AMP Partners S.A. expands outside Switzerland with two subsidiaries in the Middle East (Dubai International Financial Center, Qatar Financial Center). The Middle East is an acknowledged area of growth, and therefore focus, for most global Financial Institutions and Asset Managers.
